We do our best to run an tight schedule, so we can provide efficient service to all of our clients. For this reason, we ask you to please be available at the scheduled place and time for your delivery. We can wait about 5 minutes, once we arrive, before we have to move on to the next client's delivery. In these situations, where we have to leave and come back, a redelivery fee of $20 will be added to your order. If you decide to cancel the order, the $20 redelivery fee will be applied to your next order. The redelivery fee exists to cover the costs of time and fuel spent. We really don't want to do this and obviously we understand there are extenuating circumstances, so please communicate with us if you need to change the place or time of your delivery.
